Mexican cuisine is incredibly diverse, with most families and regions preparing food their own unique way. What you’ll find here is simply my family’s version, made with love, fresh ingredients, and time-honored recipes and techniques carried down through generations. I invite you to try my take on these familiar favorites, and experience food as I did growing up.

Spanish Rice

Light and full of comforting, savory flavor. Each batch of this Spanish Rice is carefully simmered with traditional seasonings and ingredients, allowing the rice to absorb every bit of rich, homemade goodness. The result is a perfectly balanced side dish that’s warm, aromatic, and the perfect companion to tacos, beans, and all your favorite Mexican meals. The 32 oz container feeds approximately 6–8 people.
